Graduate Consultant – Global Tech & Trading consultancy for Crypto, FinTech & Private Equity
Our client, founded in 2010, is a tech and trading recruitment and search firm based in Oxford Circus. They offer expert talent advisory and delivery for global technology, private equity houses, fintechs, hedge funds, crypto and data-science communities.
They are currently a team of 42 (with growth plans to grow to 100 over the London and New York office in the next 2 years) and have over 350 urgent, high value roles to work – there’s a lot of opportunity for hardworking money motivated individuals to come in and start billing big. Several consultants have billed £450K+ already this year.
The business is highly competitive in terms of commission structure, average fee size, client list, career development, team welfare, culture, and reputation.
· Commission is tiered up to 40% with no threshold, desk fees or caps designed to keep commission down

Remuneration
For graduates and trainees, everyone starts on £24k + £1k per placement for their first 3 months before promotion. Typically, juniors come in and achieve 1-2 promotions in their first year alone and can expect to earn in excess of £45k within this time.
Hiring
We are currently urgently looking for the following:
· 2 x Trainee Consultants for the core tech team
· 2 x Trainee Researchers for the quant team
Requirements
No previous experience is required, however, you must be able to demonstrate that you are a hardworking, ambitious and career driven individual. Historically, they have hired people from the following backgrounds/attributes:
· University graduates (must have achieved 2:1 or above)
· Competed or achieved to a high standard in an extracurricular activity (sports, music, performance)
· Have maintained a job alongside studying
· Have gained commercial experience through work or internships
· Confident, team player and naturally driven to succeed (they have a “no ego” rule in the office!)
· A flair for setting and achieving goals, and working with people

Salary: £24,000.00-£112,351.00 per year
