A rare opportunity has become available for a dedicated individual to join us in Basingstoke as a Senior Logistics Associate. You will be a vital link within our organization to ensure all materials are where they need to be to ensure we reach our agreed-on time delivery with clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage Basingstoke site Customs Authorisations (applications and renewals)

• Manage Import & Export processes with current import and export regulations

• IPR Reporting

• Answer any queries we may receive from HMRC

• Ship various parts for return to the USA or Other Destinations, which are outside UKSC working processes, ensuring compliance with US and UK Export regulations.

• Raise Overseas Courier Shipments for urgent documents/goods to various destinations.

• Assist all departments with Import/Export queries as and when they arise

• Control of US and UK Licenses and Approvals for Basingstoke site

• Manage Premium Freight approval requests

Qualifications

• Experience within a supply chain / Import/Export function.

• Previous knowledge of MRP or ERP systems, preferably SAP.

• You should preferably have previous experience within aerospace/defense/automotive or manufacturing.

• Be computer literate
