We are currently recruiting for a Logistics and Dispatch Co-cordinator to join an award winning, growing manufacturer in Caerphilly. The company in question is going from strength to strength and pride themselves on developing staff through structured training and genuine opportunities for progression.
As Logistics and Dispatch Co-ordinator you will:
- Support and co-ordinate logistics tasks on site by following established procedures and guidelines.
- Perform a range of activities to facilitate the timely and accurate export and shipment of products, packages, and documents.
- Communicate with external organisations to verify customs requirements and shipping costs and times.
- Respond to routine internal and customer queries on delivery times
- Resolve queries quickly and efficiently within the proscribed timescale reporting back to line manager and customer service manager.
- Communicate and liaise with production team leaders to arrange the dispatching of products
- Load containers and be an important part of the goods out process
