Excellent all round communication skills are required for this role and flexibility to cover for annual leave or sickness.
Duties include answering inbound telephone calls, manning the reception desk, booking appointments and answering patient queries, processing prescriptions, completing reception admin tasks, processing tasks from the GPs and any other reception related tasks.
