To support our tremendous growth and diversification, we are looking for a Social Marketing Specialist to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to help the company grow and develop even further. The person will help in delivering the below –
Daily Tasks:
- Designing and creating engaging e newsletters using Clavio.
- Evaluate and implement continuous improvements of newsletters. `
- Experience of improving open rate, click through rate and conversion rate of newsletters.
- Create engaging social content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook and execute them from start to finish.
- Create compelling and comprehensive social media content ensuring that the copywriting and visuals complement each other perfectly.
- Analyse performance of social content and incorporate insights into future content decisions.
- Help to create marketing promo and advertising materials for the website, social media and email campaigns.
Required Skills and Attributes:
- Outstanding command of the English writing to create rich and enticing materials.
- Skilled in social media comprehension and execution across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Clavio experience.
- Experience using photo editing software (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign)
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- An ability to think creatively and ‘outside the box’.
- Thrives working independently as well as part of a wider team

Working hours: Full time, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5:30pm (37.5hrs per week)
You will be based at our modern offices near Sheriff Hutton (YO60) therefore it is essential that you have your own transport.
