Salary £50,000 + bonus of 30% OTE

Kimal is a global medical devices company. Our surgical procedure packs and catheters are used in hospitals throughout the UK and around the world.
THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a European Sales Representative for the Vascular Access side of the business. In this crucial role, you will report directly to the Head of Distributed markets, collaborating closely with our European distributors to boost sales growth and establish Kimal as a leader in the region. While a background in the medical device industry is preferred, we also welcome candidates from other industries who possess a strong sales background and can quickly adapt to our products and industry.
THE CANDIDATE
You will have a proven track record in sales, demonstrating your ability to consistently exceed targets and deliver exceptional results. You will possess a goal-oriented mindset, constantly seeking new opportunities and strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share. The ability to influence and build effective relationships with distributors and key stakeholders is paramount to the success of the role to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes with the distributors.
Given the nature of the position, extensive travel within Europe is required, ranging from 30% to 50% of the time. Therefore, you must not only possess the ability to travel frequently but also the enthusiasm to do so with an adaptable and flexible approach to different cultures and working environments, which will contribute to the success in building relationships with our European partners.
