12.50 hours per week plus Clerk hours as required.
The Governing Body wish to enhance the Admin Team by appointing a part time receptionist to cover the front desk every morning.
This is an important and busy role as you will be the first point of contact for the school providing administrative support in an efficient and effective manner, and be able to facilitate communication between staff, pupils, parents and external agencies.
The Clerk to the Governing Body is required to provide effective support to the Governing Body & Headteacher to produce and maintain agendas and accurate minutes. Governing Body meetings are held outside of school hours.
Receptionist duties 8:30 – 11:00am
Clerking duties: termly meetings as per calendar usually held after the school day finishes.
A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be requested for this post.
You will need a basic knowledge of Welsh. Reasonable support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
