As a Graduate Marketing Assistant you will be immersed in practical learning day by day, working alongside successful individuals in the marketing and business development sector. The company offers expert business development and marketing training by industry leaders, as well as working in partnership with national and international brands such as BT, British Gas, Shell, Grubby to kick off your career.
Graduates from any majors are welcome, as full training is provided. Our graduates will develop skills within sales, customer relations, marketing, HR, branding, team leadership, business development and team management:
- Sales: Increase sales revenues by generating more customer acquisitions through residential visitations or event-based sales.
- Marketing: Developing marketing strategies to increase sales in different demographics across the UK
- Team Management: Team leadership, teaching and training, mentoring
- Customer Service: Manage general customer enquiries, problem-solving and promoting a range of promotional products and services.
- Operations Management: Learn components of financial account management, budgets, payment reports, recruitment and interviewing, and administrative skills
