Job Purpose
- To provide HR administrative services for the US & Asia
Your role and responsibilities will include
HR Administration – provide a range of services for specific business areas and locations, including but not limited to :
- Maintaining accurate records in HR Systems
- Processing of all administrative forms during the life cycle of the employee (Starters and leavers administration, production of employment contracts and contract changes, managing administration of leaves of absence …)
Customer Service
- Respond to employee queries related to payroll, contracts, benefits, policies, etc. in a timely manner and identify and escalate issues as appropriate

Your Education/Qualifications
- CIPD qualification is desirable
Your Experience
- Previous experience providing HR administrative support
Your Knowledge and Skills
- Strong capacity to identify priorities and ability to manage multiple requests
- Demonstrated understanding of HR administrative processes and services
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
Your Competencies
- Ability to work independently and organise and prioritise workload while being proactive
- Ability to identify and manage confidential and sensitive information or situations in a professional manner
- Willingness to support team members during periods of high volume workloads
