Aircraft Material Support Services Representative
SECURITY CLEARANCE: Eligibility to gain UK SC Security Clearance
LOCATION: Brize Norton, Oxfordshire

Based at the customer’s facility, AirTanker, at RAF Brize Norton. A position has become available to join the Airbus team supporting the material requirements for the customer’s fleet of A330 MRTT aircraft.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM
- Place Routine orders for material requirements for scheduled aircraft maintenance inputs.
- Work closely with Lufthansa Technique for the supply of ‘Green’ aircraft Rotables and Consumable/Expendable material.
- Work closely with the Airbus Seville based team for the supply of Military spare parts.
- Ensure the return of ‘pool’ item Rotables, in the contracted time frame, to maintain ‘pool’ balance.
- Attend the scheduled regular meetings with the customer.
- Participate in the ongoing improvement initiatives with the customer to encourage a collaborative working environment.
- Escalate early upcoming risks and opportunities.
- Reduce the number of AOG orders, with the monitoring of an effective Home Base Stock.
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience within material ordering and or logistics
- SAP knowledge and experience would be highly beneficial
- Aviation experience is highly sought after however other closely matched industries with relevant experience will be considered
