We have a fantastic opportunity for a Rent Assistant to join our Income team on a Fixed Term contract until 10th May 2024.

What could you be doing?
You will need to be a good listener to give our customers an excellent service whenever they contact the Income team to discuss their rent account. You will also need to keep accurate records of the contact you have with each customer on our systems.
This is a busy front- line team which makes a real difference to the lives of our customers. You will be working as part of a supportive team, and you will be given fantastic training and mentoring.
Some things we need from you
You will need to have experience of working closely with customers in a customer focussed environment and ideally an understanding of welfare benefits or money management advice (although this is not essential as training will be given). This role is well suited to someone with the ability to show empathy and with great listening skills.
This role is Home Based but you will be expected to travel to our Group Offices in Solihull or Worcester as and when required so you will need to be based near to these offices.
