In this Studio Assistant job, you will be joining a highly successful creative marketing and communications consultancy that works closely with some of the world’s largest luxury brands! Based in Central London, they draw insights from consumer behaviour to help brands modernise how they plan, create and execute advertising and marketing campaigns. For over ten years, they have supported their premium client base with a unique blend of data & market intelligence, digital marketing solutions and creative ideas. They're now looking for a driven, proactive team player to join their lovely team as a Studio Assistant.
Job description – Studio Assistant
As a Studio Assistant, you will be supporting all members of the studio team on a number of key creative projects. You will be liaising with the creative design, strategy and reporting teams to deliver requests from exciting brands. You will also be an important part of the production and information design process by bringing fresh and innovative ideas, so an interest in digital media and information design is paramount! You will love working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, providing all-around assistance to senior members! Exposure to a studio or marketing agency environment would put you in great stead for this role.
Key responsibilities – Studio Assistant
- Collaborating with the studio team to provide fresh perspectives, absorb data feedback on campaigns and contribute to production output
- Building positive relationships with the wider production, creativity, data and media teams
- Reviewing and improving digital output of creative work
- Ensure the studio is running smoothly and filling in any gaps in production
- Taking a creative approach to delivering digital insights to clients
- General admin and ad-hoc support
Job requirements – Studio Assistant
- A graduate from university with a degree in a creative/digital/design background
- Fully competent with Adobe Suite, and experience of PowerPoint, Keynote, Figma and Sketch
- Experience working in a studio or agency, providing ad-hoc support
- A passion for the creative potential of digital and social media
- An all-rounder with an excellent eye for detail and a curious mind that considers the bigger picture
- A second language is a plus!
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in!
