Excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to earn in excess of £150k OTE and work on some of the finest luxury rental properties in Prime Central London.
We are an established boutique estate agency located in London's West End, specialising in Lettings and Sales of PCL properties in Mayfair, Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Kensington, Chelsea, Marylebone, Regent’s Park, St John’s Wood and Hampstead.
Attributes required and responsibilities:
· We are looking for a highly energetic and ambitious Manager to cover sales and letting, you will also be doing transactions yourself.
· The successful candidate will be a seasoned sales and Lettings professional with a proven track record of success.
· Minimum of 1 years lettings experience.
. Minimum of 1 years sales experience.
. Clear advantage will be to have Prime Central London experience
· Undertake valuations.
. Contacting clients from our in-house database of landlords.
. ARLA Qualified preferred
· Strong persuasive negotiation skills.
. Experience of working with international clients.
. Excellent communication skills.
. Focused on providing exceptional client experience.
. Always challenging yourself to exceed department targets.
. Implement and Manage marketing campaigns with the team to increase new clients and turnover.
· Your role will encompass all associated aspects of the day to day management of the lettings department with your team.
Our sales properties range £1m-£20m+ lettings properties range from £1,000 to £50,000 Plus per week, our tenants are some of the most affluent business people, celebrities and members of Royalty from around the world. This gives a rare opportunity for the successful candidate to monetise on their experience and successfully gain a larger market share in this lucrative market, whilst working with some of the finest luxury properties in Prime Central London.
We are offering a generous overall package with a 3 month Guarantee to candidates with relevant Prime Central London experience. OTE 150k Plus pa.
