What is my role as Goods In Porter ?
The Goods In Porter is part of the back of house team and reports to the Goods in Controller. He always ensures that goods coming into the business are the correct one and dispatch them accordingly. Temperature control, quality control and recording of deliveries requires a meticulous personality with a will to ensure that all is as it should be.
Previous experience in a similar role or in a kitchen environment is preferred.
