An excellent opportunity has arisen for Band 3 Rehabilitation Technician with previous reablement experience in a community or acute setting to join the Northeast Locality team in Whitchurch, Shropshire.
You will join a multidisciplinary team, working with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Assistant Practitioners and Rehabilitation supporting patients in a variety of settings including within their own homes or care homes. You will work under guidance to support patients with a range of conditions, provide rehabilitation, and working with the team to support an admission avoidance service. You will be working closely with Community Hospital Therapy teams, as well as social care colleagues to meet patients needs.
