Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this position, you will empower and motivate our residents and participants to achieve their personal goals and gain greater independence, which will support them in reintegrating into the community. You will provide tailored support to the individuals needs through a recovery model. In the role, you will provide a flexible service which is responsive to individual needs, and to meet the needs of our commissioners and other stakeholders.

The role will also be based at various sites across Lewisham.

Rota: Monday to Sunday rota, including early and late shifts. Bank Holiday working may be required.

ABOUT THE SERVICE

Equinox Lewisham provides supported housing and assertive outreach services for adults with mental health support needs. Many of the residents and participants at Lewisham have secondary needs including subtance misuse and/or a history of homeslessness as well as foresnic histories. The service operates across 6 sites in Lewisham including Coulgate Street, Callendar Road, Dartmouth Road, Ringstead Road, Perry Hill, and Charsley Road. We support people in dependent living accommodation.
