We are a leading B2B supplier in the Beverage & Dessert Industry based in Califonia. In the summer of 2022, we expanded our branch office to Missouri City, TX. We do have customers all across the United States. We are currently hiring for Logistic Coordinator. Daily job responsibilities include
· Monitors and controls less than truckload and FedEx shipments, ensuring efficient and adequate flow of goods.
· Work with the sales team to improve the processing of customers’ orders.
· Monitor less than truckload and FedEx shipments across multiple channels.
· Works closely with warehouse, packaging, operation, and manufactoring facility staffs; provides necessary product quantities, correct orders, and on-time deliveries through proper daily production scheduling of packaging and processing materials.
· Prepare to-do tasks each morning with plans focus on front office; when and where sales team need to accomplish each objective daily.
· Answering phone calls, transferring callers as appropriate
· Greets clients, screens incoming telephone calls and reviews incoming correspondence; using discretion to direct to the appropriate staff member.
· Maintain front office protocols; prepare correspondence and documents to ensure the office runs efficiently.
· Provide administrative support to the management team.
· Managing digital document filing, including encrypted documents and email correspondence
· Create documents, maintaining databases and sending memos and emails
· Collecting, filing and organizing office documents, such as reports and confidential records
Requirements
- Prefer bilingual in Spanish
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Understanding of the supply chain, including common obstacles and effective solutions
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word, in particular)
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple purchase orders at once
- 3 years of work experience in office or trucking company is highly prefer
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
