Job Description
The Production Manager leads and develops production & maintenance teams. The role drives the successful delivery of all key business processes in the area based on the demand requested by Planning and supply considering Safety Health and Environment, quality, labour utilization, optimized cost, production execution, coordination and control.
Improves the plants effectiveness by developing and implementing Preventive Maintenance activities
Improves the plants predictability while optimizing maintenance costs
Defines the area’s Compelling Business Need - CBN, long term (Value Creation Plan - VCP) and mid-term (Annual Operation Plan - AOP) plans cascaded from the plant strategy which continuously over delivers on company goals
Qualifications
At least 3 years of professional experience in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods manufacturing managerial position, such as plant manager or production manager
Min of 2 years in Leadership role with strong focus on developing High Performing Organization including the correct behavior and effective organization structures and processes;
International and\or cross-functional exposure and collaboration;
Experience of change management within the factory to improve organization performance, including Safety and Quality.
