Dental Nurse

Location: Bupa Health and Wellness Centre – Reading (RG1 5AS)

Salary: £14.50 p/h

Saturday: 07.00 – 16.00

Our clinics offer a wide range of services from GP appointments, physiotherapy, health assessments right through to advanced dentistry. We’re looking for a Dental Nurse to join our team and help us continue to deliver a world class service to both our corporate and insurance clients. What you’ll do:

Welcome patients to the clinic and provide direct support with their treatment

Ensure all instruments are decontaminated and our dental operating equipment is maintained

Occasional reception cover, both face to face and over the phone

Look after and update patient records, making notes while the Dentist is with patients

Support the Dentist by making sure all relevant materials and supplies are in place, responding quickly to any requests and keeping the surgery ready for use

What you’ll bring:

• A current Dental Nurse registration with the GDC

• Great interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus and empathy to support patients who may be nervous

• An enthusiastic, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic and the flexibility to adapt to changing demands in a busy surgery

• Good Computer skills with a working knowledge of EXACT (soe) would be ideal, but not essential
