We really value our staff and their professional development. The HMICFRS recently praised the organisation for its work around inclusion and developing a positive workplace. We regularly have promotion opportunities for those wanting to be the leaders of the future. Within this we have diverse opportunities within the organisation to join our dedicated units including Road Policing Unit, Pro-Active Police units, Firearms, Dog Unit and Neighbourhood Enforcement teams to name but a few.
