Your role
Complete appropriate training programme within first 13weeks of employment
Be proficient on speed, quality of work, attitude and attendance at work
Ensure that all aspects of Company policy regarding Health & Safety and bird welfare are followed at all times to ensure good standards of working environment
Attend Company training sessions in Basic Food Hygiene etc., as required and put learning and development into practice whilst at work
Ensure that Company hygiene regulations are strictly adhered to at all times
Be involved in team meetings as required
Any other reasonable duties as requested by Section Leader
Report any health and safety issues to your Section leader.
You may be asked to work in any area of the business as and when demand requires it.
Flexibility to work outside core hours to meet orders and demand of the business.
