The Role:
Manage a busy property portfolio of between 120-150 properties
Effectively liaising with landlords and tenants and contractors to build strong relationships
Work closely with your team to ensure the highest quality of service
Dealing with property maintenance queries, thinking on your feet to resolve issues, and coordinating solutions
Invoice management and processing
Deposit negotiation and distribution
Keeping up to date with industry regulations and advising your landlords and tenants
Deliver Excellent customer service & communication
Oversee refurbishment and other larger works
Negotiate the swift return of deposits
