Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant at our busy office in Bushey supporting the office team.
This role may suit a second-jobber; we are looking for an administrator with great written and verbal communication skills and social media skills. You should be polite and approachable with a good phone manner. Previous experience is not a necessity, as long as you are computer literate, able to use Microsoft Office applications and can demonstrate an intelligent outlook and a can-do attitude.
Your duties will include:
Admin tasks:
· Answer the phone, respond to queries or redirect calls as appropriate.
· Provide support to the Compliance Manager
. Provide support to the Office Manager
· Manage of the fleet vehicle
· Marketing/Sales
. Social Media Posts
· Any other ad hoc tasks as required
Recruitment tasks:
· Post vacancies on indeed
· Monitor Indeed and chase managers to see which ads can be closed.
