Administrator
Salary: £23,500 per annum plus Veolia benefits
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Telford

What you'll be doing;
- Communication and relations with new and existing customers
- Basic knowledge of processes and customer activity
- Reception cover including meeting and greeting visitors and answering the telephone
- Provide cover for team members when absent from the depot
- Involvement in operational compliance
- Supporting the team with people management including; time sheets, processing of absence due to sickness and any other associated tasks
- Respond to all queries sent via CET
- Resolve day to day customer service issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensuring the answering of telephones are within the regional expectations
- Administer purchase orders, disposal invoices, subcontracted collections and associated invoices.
- Complete Driver De-brief's in line with company procedures
What we're looking for;
- Previous Administrative Experience
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Attention to detail
- Understanding of Veolia System (Workday, WIMS) - desirable however not essential
- Reporting & presentation skills
