Job description
HGM are looking for an assistant gardener / labourer to work 5 days a week. This job is self-employed but all work is provided by us. A company accountant will be offered as well.
Job Responsibilities include; Assisting team members with day to day activities. Including but not limited to; Weeding, Pruning, Grass cutting, Hedge cutting, Clearing garden waste, Labouring, Guttering and Jet washing
Every day is different at HGM, we offer a variety of services including; One off clean ups / renovations, Hedge cutting, Regular garden maintenance, Turfing, Jet washing, Compost turning and small landscaping projects.
No experience is required for this job, however the ability to adapt, learn quick and a strong initiative is essential. All training, uniform and PPE will be provided.
We are a growing company and there is plenty of room for progression. We are looking for hard working, caring and reliable team members who love working outdoors throughout all weathers.
Hourly pay rate is to be discussed based on experience. A full clean UK driving licence is essential.
