Warehouse Supervisor – Full time, based in our Nottingham office.
Quadrant Events is an award winning, ISO9001 accredited, audio-visual hire and event production company based in Nottingham and Birmingham. We currently have a vacancy for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Nottingham team.
Our Warehouse function fulfils a key role in the delivery of all our hire and event contracts, ensuring that equipment is prepared, checked back in, and maintained to a high standard.
The role reports to our Operations Manager and involves all tasks required to enable the smooth running of our busy warehouse.
You will have a thorough knowledge of AV technology and be able to plan effectively within a busy environment.
We are a highly customer focused business and your ability to communicate with colleagues is vital, as well as being self-motivated and a strong team player.
Due to the nature of the business flexibility is vital and overtime is regularly available.
We offer a competitive salary dependent on experience including overtime, company pension, Westfield level 1 healthcare, 25 day annual leave, and 4x salary death in service insurance.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Plan work schedules within the warehouse
- Work to tight deadlines and our ISO9001 quality procedures
- Prepare equipment for hire / event contracts
- Loading and Unloading vehicles
- Checking Equipment back in from hire / events
- Keeping the Warehouse clean and tidy
- General maintenance of AV equipment for hire / events
Qualifications and Skills
- Good AV equipment knowledge
- Excellent organisational skills
- Full UK Driving License preferred
- Able to display that you can use your own initiative.
- Have a good positive and happy attitude; working well within a team

Salary: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
