An exciting opportunity has become available for a Band 7 Project Manager within our mental health portfolio.

Working as part of the Business & Transformation team, you will confidently lead multiple projects in your area to deliver the vision and commitments set out in the NHS Long Term Plan.

Mental Health services are transforming in Milton Keynes and the Business & Transformation team drives implementation of a variety of exciting projects and programmes, including: Adult Community Mental Health Transformation, NHS 111 mental health option and mental health crisis lounges, to name just a few.

The role is based at Milton Keynes Trust HQ, which is located on the campus of Milton Keynes University Hospital. Whilst we’re unable to offer this as a remote role and the post holder will be required to work on site for part of their working week; we’re happy to discuss what flexible working looks like for you.

CNWL (Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust) has almost 8,000 staff providing integrated healthcare to a third of London's population, Milton Keynes and areas beyond. We involve service users, carers, the public, staff and partner organisations in the way that we are run.

Our catchment area spans diverse communities, we are committed to providing services that meet the needs of the people who use them, and we actively encourage involvement from local people who can help make a difference. We’re proud of our diversity and we continue to undertake new initiatives to advance equality for LGBT+, BME and people with disabilities to promote good relations and understanding between our staff.

We offer flexible working options, including bank assignments for most roles. Become part of our team. We care for you as much as you care for others.

Due to the high response levels we receive for some vacancies, we may expire any of them prior to the advertised closing date and advise you to submit your application as soon as possible.

Our Agenda for Change employment contracts are subject to a contractual 13 week probationary period.
