We wish to recruit a Commercial Manager to join the Commercial team based in our East Midlands Region reporting to the Regional Commercial Director.

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day Commercial Operations for the business with the assistance of the Regional Commercial Team and support the Regional Operations Director and Commercial Director with implementation of the Commercial Strategy.

You should possess a MRICS/Degree or HNC/D in Quantity Surveying is desired or be qualified by experience.
