Front-End Developer / Hybrid x3 (Lincoln) / £50k

Come join our team, where we build solutions that make our clients’ dreams a reality. As part of our global team, you’ll collaborate closely with technical leads, QA resources, and product and design teams to create amazing user-centered experiences every two weeks.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Working directly with the Managing Director of Engineering and Product Development to turn ideas into high-quality software products.
- Collaborating with colleagues on larger teams to create websites and apps using the latest technologies, focusing on delivering an impeccable user experience.
- Continuously improving and maintaining existing sites to optimize for best practices, security, and conversion rates.
- To top it off, utilizing local and global design teams to deliver exceptional UX.
- Stay up to date on the latest technical trends and practices.
What it takes to excel with us:

5+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React, Node, TypeScript preferred but training is available).
- Have a keen eye for detail to work hand in hand with our design team and improve UX strategies.
- Understanding of the business we work with, providing solutions to each of our clients.
- Proficient with Github, JIRA, Confluence, and similar tools at scale.
- Experience working in larger teams with Technical Project Management, Tech Leads, and QA resources.
- Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle, including process and documentation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A passion for delivering high-quality product deliverables.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce) is a plus.
