SoSweet has an exciting opportunity for a pro-active Marketing Assistant to join our fast growing team based in our Head Office in Bideford, North Devon.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, willing to learn, a team player and pay good attention to detail. You will support the marketing team by assisting with building key campaigns, maintaining our social media accounts and creating engaging content.
As a business, we are going through a period of extremely fast growth and the marketing assistant must be able to work to tight deadlines, manage their time effectively and prioritise tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, Website and Mobile App.
- Posting content on and maintaining our social media channels.
- Engaging with customers on various channels; replying to comments and messages.
- Assist with administrative marketing tasks
- Assist with the creation of marketing email campaigns and managing email lists.
Skills and experience:
- Experience with social media platforms
- Experience using google docs, sheets etc.
- Great organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude
- Good communication skills
Previous marketing experience is desirable but not essential.
