JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant who carves out a marketing career whilst being a part of an exciting London luxury hotel. As a Marketing Assistant you will support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks as well as assisting them on monthly marketing promotional activities and campaigns.

This is an office based Monday - Friday entry level role for recent graduates who have completed a degree in marketing/PR/business.

Your tasks as a Marketing Assistant will include but not be limited to:

• 
  Assist with the production of marketing materials

• Coordinating collateral on site – be the go-to person

• Assist the Marketing Executive with ongoing website changes

• Coordinating ongoing press and influencer stays internally and with a third party agency

• Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events

• Track all social media platforms for trending news and ideas

• 
  Assist with monitor guest feedback across social media platforms

• 
  Perform monthly research on competitors

• 
  Monitor daily database sign-ups

• 
  Coordinate internal marketing communications

• 
  Act as a brand guardian for Pan Pacific London. Supplying internal teams with the brand logos and relevant brand assets

• 
  Support F&B marketing initiatives and activities

• 
  Designing; basic content creation in Canva or InDesign and assisting in briefing in designers for bigger projects

• 
  Assist the Marketing Executive with compiling the monthly dashboard

• 
  Assist with PR initiatives from providing assets to the agency to coordinating gifting

• 
  Team CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) management
