Role of Coupa Support Analyst:
Working under the guidance of the Global Head, the Coupa Support Analyst will support the functional S2C Coupa operational system and process enabled activities, be involved in Global platform rollout, provide change management support to any new countries for process/template changes, develop and ensure the ongoing maintenance of all related S2C Coupa training materials and system guides, providing MI for oversight of S2C Coupa Performance, share S2C Coupa strategic best practices and system expertise, support business administration activities - supporting both procurement and business users, as required. The role facilitates operational system and process activities necessary to successfully support the end-to-end S2C process, ensuring the process and Coupa solution is simpler and more efficient for procurement and business users. The role delivers operational post implementation day-to-day S2C Coupa support activities - managed through to conclusion, in accordance with appropriate governance.
Experience:

Experience working within blue-chip organisation

Procurement experience and expertise in the end-to-end Coupa Source to Contract (S2C) system and process - Essential.

Experience of Coupa Platform and it's functions- Essential

Effective communicator with strong presentation and Strong analytical skills
