About the role:
Our department are looking for someone to apply a strength based approach that focuses on improved outcomes which enhances and improves lives.
This role will include working flexibly, and in partnership with integrated services and professionals supporting people’s environment, independence and wellbeing
About you:
We are looking for someone who is able to care for peoples physical, emotional and social needs in a way that promotes independence, choice and dignity.
You’ll have the opportunity to develop on your already existing skills by responding and liaising accordingly in cases of emergency situations.
We do ask that you have some knowledge of issues facing services for clients with learning disabilities and the needs of the clients group.
Our ideal candidate will be willing to work shifts, split-shifts, weekends, bank holidays including sleep-in and waking night duties as required.
Applicants for this roll will need to be able to read, write and communicate effectively with a range of people in a variety of settings.
