Job Description
Children's Residential Care Worker required in West Sussex area.
Must have experiences in Child exploitation or Justice or Tier 3 / 4 CAMHS
Excellent rates:
Day rate: £15 to £17 per hour
Night/Sat: £18-£21 per hour
Sat: £22 - £26 per hour
Sun/BH: £22 - £26 per hour
To provide a secure, stable, caring, supportive environment for children and young people in our care.
· To provide effective personal care to the children and to maintain a high standard of residential care promoting at all times a safe and secure environment.
· To ensure that children and young people’s needs are met within a culturally appropriate environment.
· To establish and maintain routines within the home which provide a framework for the development of a positive culture of care.
· Provide personal care, advice, and support to young people at all times ensuring the social, physical, and emotional care of children.
· Act as a positive role model for young people and other staff in the home and offer advice, guidance, and assistance where appropriate.

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Crawley: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
