From segmented, targeted outbounds comms campaigns to inbound enquiry management, our CRM team are always on the pulse. In an ever-changing environment, an integrated system of customer service touchpoints is crucial, and this role will lead the university’s CRM and marketing automation systems, with a view to maximise student recruitment and conversion. With an end-to-end view from initial enquiry to enrolment, the role holder will work to deepen our relationship with our prospective students, delivering timely, segmented, and relevant engagements to our core audience segments.

We are looking for a forward-thinking and innovative CRM professional, with significant experience in leading on multi-channel nurture and conversion campaigns. With strong project management skills, you’ll be able to balance competing priorities whilst delivering excellent customer service in a busy, creative environment. The successful candidate will be an expert in systems including CRM and automation, with a strong eye for detail and quality. A true all-rounder, you will bring your knowledge and experience to advance our planning, execution, and evaluation, delivering a cycle of continuous improvement.
