The role in a nutshell:
As a Customer Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include speaking to potential customers over the phone, generating new business sales, and helping them renew their existing policies. You'll be the kind of person who thrives on busy days, converting leads, upselling, and working to targets. The position is fully remote, which offers you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home.
About You:
We’re looking for self-motivated, resilient, and driven individuals with a knack for delivering exceptional service to customers. Sales experience is a plus, but don't worry if you don't have it, as long as you have experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on performance, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Perks:
- £20,500 annual salary + commission (Expect an average of £600-£1000 per month + a maximum of £2700 pa in quarterly bonuses)

Qualifications:
- A strong communicator with the ability to adapt your style to each customer.
- Ability to work to and exceed performance targets and close sales.
