Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist
Prosperitus Solutions, LLC dba NURSES Etc STAFFING is sourcing qualified Computed Tomography Imaging Tech to fill positions at the Palo Alto VA Hospital, Livermore Campus (LVD), Menlo Park Division (MP), San Jose Outpatient Clinic/Vet Center and MG Gourley Outpatient Clinic, CA
Specialty- Computed Tomography
SCHEDULE:
- 40 hrs. per week, 52 weeks per year, including local, state and Federal Holidays.
- Will include “on-call” requirements.
A pager shall be carried at all times. Technologists must respond by phone or in person within 10 minutes of being signaled via pager. If responding by phone to a pager signal, they shall respond in person as dictated by the medical situation. The “on-call” technologist shall report and be onsite within 30 minutes of the paged to perform the required procedure. Contractor shall bill and be paid for actual services provided by Contractor personnel including "availability" or "on-call" services as provided herein
QUALIFICATIONS:
- License – Certificate of Completion of training in Radiologic Technology from an institution accredited by CHEA and the JCERT. A current AART or ARDMS certification or registry in their respective sub-specialties.
- minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience and a minimum of one year of general radiology experience in their respective sub-specialties in a level 1 hospital setting, proven clinical work experience within the past 12 months.
- DRTs must have experience with Philips & Ziehm C-arms radiology equipment within the past 24 months and specific equipment related to the following modalities:
- CT: GE
- BLS - American Heart Association
- Indicate the current residence of candidate
- Provide a letter of commitment with the candidate’s signature, date, and location for work (more to come on this as I am reaching out to confirm needs by location).
