Description

Role and responsibilities:
The role is predominantly 80% administration and 20% answering the phone. Some examples of your duties will include:
- Telephone orders and queries
- Working with in-house software (SAP) to raise quotations
- Creating sales orders and getting involved in the complete sales process
- Responding to and sending emails
- Training and becoming more knowledgeable about our products
- Online training modules to support this
- Software training to understand our processes
- Courier reports
- Warehouse duties
What we are looking for in an Apprentice:
- Passionate about providing the very highest level of customer care
- An effective communicator; written and verbal
- Ability to multi task
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent ability to learn and absorb information
- Some interest in a technical environment
Candidate Requirements:
- A bubbly personality, people person eager to start a career in a sales environment
- A technical interest, the product can have some interesting technical bias
- A good level of education in Maths and English
Entry requirements
GCSE – English & Maths Grade 6 or above.
Competent IT skills.
Predicted grades will be accepted.
Training to be provided
- Full product training, and access to all areas in a busy sales office environment.
- On the job training
- Training with MK college
- Technical training through our in-house development training modules
- Business Administrator Level 3

Working week Shift Pattern: Monday – Thurs 8.00-5.00 pm with a 1-hour lunch Friday 8.00-4.00 pm with a 1-hour lunch
