THE JOB
You’ll be joining an amazing small group of venues, they have a handful of venues with sustainability at the forefront of what they do. This role is for a GM for a small bistro serving natural wines and small plates on the ground floor and a 15 bedroom boutique hotel upstairs. You’ll be a super leader that will oversee each department led by their own managers, I.e. booking manager, restaurant manager. They have 2 AGM’s in the hotel/ bistro and you’ll get plenty of support from the management team.
They grow seasonal herbs on their rooftop in Brick Lane and have a farm in Deptford where they are growing veg for the menu and have seasonally changing menus’ so if you care about sustainability and fresh produce, considered drinks then this is your bag... & there is always room to grow here because they’ll invest in you and your development.
WHAT ARE THE HOURS?
They’re open 7 days a week so you’ll have a mix of shifts, Monday to Wednesday they’re open 8am to 11pm, then Thursday to Sunday 8am to 11.30. Sundays is a shorter day closing at 7.30pm.
Max 48 hours a week, if you ever go over this they’ll pay overtime.
