Key Accounts Executive (Red Cross Training)
Location: Salford, Greater Manchester (Hybrid flexible working from home and the office)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time, 35 per week service runs Monday to Friday, either 8.30am - 4.30pm or 9am to 5pm
Salary: Up to £21,181 per annum (dependent on experience), up to £3k on target commission, plus a £300 home working allowance
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, customer focused individual to join the friendly team at our Red Cross Training contact centre in Salford.
A day in the life of a Key Accounts Executive will involve:
Your role will be essential in helping grow, maintain and manage customer relationships, which will help ensure that Red Cross Training remains a market leader in the provision of first aid training courses.
You will achieve this by providing customers with a bespoke course booking support and account service, acting as the first point of contact for an allocated number of our key accounts.
Communicating with your customers via a range of channels, particularly inbound telephone and email, you'll nurture customer relationships, and look to maximise sales opportunities by promoting our first aid courses and associated products to your customer base, with the overall aim of converting enquiries into bookings.
After costs have been deducted, every penny made from our first aid courses goes to support the work of the British Red Cross, so this is a great opportunity to take the next step in your career in a truly rewarding role.
To be a successful Key Accounts Executive you will have:
- Great customer service experience – you can easily build rapport with customers and colleagues
- A positive personality and a 'can do' attitude - and you're always looking to find solutions
- A strong focus when working towards achieving targets, with an emphasis on quality outcomes
- Excited by the chance to work alongside a passionate and diverse team
- Comfortable using a range of IT packages
