Job Description

Salary: up to £24,000 basic depending on experience. up to £45,000 OTE

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm

Saturdays 9:00am - 1:00pm (rota basis)

Location: Horsham, West Sussex.

We offer residential tenants’ flexible broadband, mobile sim, energy & Sky TV. We have supported over 150,000 homes across the UK on a monthly basis for their internet connectivity.

What will you be doing?

  • You will be responsible for handling inbound & outbound calls from our existing customers who are potentially looking to close down their account and services
  • Utilising systems and your own persuasive skills to influence customers to stay with us for their utilities
  • This process could also involve upselling add on products to accompany the broadband service. Alongside Energy, SIMS & Sky TV
  • Providing our customers with a high quality of service and knowledge to them at all times. Being an expert for the customer’s journey
