We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-time Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and excellent communication skills in Italian and English, this position will be hybrid.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to customers in Italy and other Italian-speaking countries.
Manage and resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
Requirements:
Fluent in Italian and English (verbal and written).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused and able to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with customer service software and databases.
Previous experience in customer service is desirable but not essential.
Working hours: flexible.
This is a part-time position, working up to 20 hours per week. The working hours will be agreed upon with the successful candidate.
