A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Security Receptionist who will work at our client’s premises.
Duties as a Security Receptionist
- To act as a focal point for all day-to-day operations, contact and information
- Maintain Security awareness all the time & work alongside other members of the Security team
- Effectively dealing with all enquiries and visitor interactions at the front desk and contacting colleagues when visitors arrive
- Access & egress controls to ensure no unauthorized persons are on site
- Answer incoming calls or internal calls from colleagues and visitors
- Receive & pass on mail deliveries to the relevant individual
- Assist in the preparation of meetings & facilities
- Respond to alarms and act in accordance with emergency procedures
- Maintain all records related to reception duties
Job Role Requirements as a Security Receptionist
- Fully comprehensive 5-year work/education history
- Excellent communication & organisational skills
- Excellent customer service & administration skills
- Security awareness
- Previous experience in a similar role
