This is a new and exciting opportunity to join the patient safety and governance team at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as a patient safety incident investigator.
The introduction of the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework for England (August 2022) has given us the opportunity to introduce a new centralised patient safety investigation team to build on the existing skills and experience of our colleagues working in patient safety and quality roles across our organisation. The investigation team will be responsible for the investigation of incidents across all three sites - Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital, Royal Hampshire County Hospital and Andover War Memorial Hospital.
We are looking for some with a background in incident investigation who has a passion for improving patient care and making a real difference to the people who both use and deliver our services.
