Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Data entry and analysis using inhouse systems and Excel to support the Design team.
• Managing of large Excel sheets and using formulas
• Creating precise costing sheets for products
• Allocating and aligning selling prices for large qty of SKU’s
• Using systems and reports to handle requests from internal departments
• Carrying out archiving projects
• Working efficiently to deadlines
• Making sure all product codes are 100% complete with all info (weight, dimensions, analysis, composition, UPC, EAN, EDI, intrade etc) mass uploading onto system
• Preparing all documentation/forms/guarantees for the sale of new products
• Updating old codes that are missing data when the request is made

Essential Skills and Experience

• Three years’ experience working as part of a fast-paced team
• Advanced MS Excel and ability to create and adapt large spreadsheets
• Accurate numerical data entry
• Experience in data entry for bespoke inhouse system
• Excellent independent problem-solving skills
• Good command of written and oral English
• Team player with affinity in working in a cross-cultural environment
• Willingness to go beyond and work across roles as required
