We have an opportunity for a Sales and Service Advisor with a market-leading automotive aftermarket company with a rich history spanning over 50 years.
The company has been going from strength to strength and has facilities in a number of countries and an impressive global customer base to match.
In this vital role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating effectively with various departments to provide excellent service. Your responsibility will be comprehensive, ranging from managing sales orders to addressing customer inquiries professionally.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating smooth communication with internal departments to ensure superior customer service
- Processing and finalising sales orders for both walk-in and contract customers
- Demonstrating versatility in handling different roles, such as Parts + Sales
- Promptly addressing customer queries, delivering professional and timely assistance
- Contributing to the growth of our customer base, aligning your efforts with the company's objectives
- Submitting regular reports and providing insights for potential improvements
- Ensuring the precise completion of company documentation, including delivery and QHSE forms
- Presenting accurate product and pricing information to customers
- Coordinating product delivery and collection
- Handling warranty claims effectively, whether at the Counter or Contract level
Preferred qualifications and experience:
- Proficiency in MS Office, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of QHSE Legislation
- Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills, a positive work attitude and a professional demeanour
- Effective negotiation skills
- Technical familiarity with our products and services
- Proven experience in networking
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence, a valid driving license and an eagerness to embrace challenges
