Show Me THE MONEY!
The primary goals of this position are to make collection calls, file pre-liens and cash postings. We need a person who is organized, diligent and knows how to contact people with the utmost professionalism to assist our venders in paying their outstanding invoices.
We have an outstanding Finance Department that operates like a well oiled machine to make everything work. It will be your job to assist and Credit and Collections Administrator with the collections and past due balances. You will work with our customers and the sales team and monitor the age of assigned accounts.
There will be a high volume of communication so be ready to take on the day and bring in the money!
Compentencies
You need to know how to communicate well and professionally represent CHC. We will look for someone who is ethical, can maintain confidentialtiy and has great time management skills. We also want you to have fun at work, because we sure do.
You need a high school diploma to apply and we'd like to see an Associate Degree in Accounting OR at least 3 years of accounting experience. Do you have experience with Salesforce or Financial Force? That will put you at the top of the list!
