Customer Service Advisor

Job Description

What will you be doing?
Providing excellent customer service and responses on behalf of Tenby Compare through various communication channels

• Working as one team, you will personalise each interaction with a customer, providing support to best suit their needs
• Demonstrating professionalism and empathy to ensure customers feel valued
• Demonstrating knowledge of our service so customers feel confident in our colleagues
• You will need to enjoy working in a team, as we work hard, help and support each other. We are driven to achieve all our team goals and objectives…all whilst having a lot of fun!
• Experience is not essential as full training will be provided

What we offer: £300 basic plus bonus per week
