The Voyage Education Partnership is a charitable Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) working in Lincolnshire to educate close to 3,500 learners from the ages of 3-16. We currently have nine academies in our family, and work in a small geographical area around Boston and Spalding - with each academy no more than 30 minutes from each other.
We're looking for exceptional and motivating individual to lead our Trust's Secondary Schools to success and improvement.
The successful candidate will assist the Trust's CEO in carrying out the strategic goals of the Trust, which include accelerating the development of educational performance in all academies through highly effective school improvement.
The Trust Improvement Lead (Secondary) will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Chief Education Officer with the implementation of the Voyage Education Strategy Academy Development.
- Providing regular challenge and support for Headteachers and Leaders across secondary academies.
- Identifying the root causes of any underperformance, plotting the roadmap with Headteacher on how they can improve the overall effectiveness and quality of education.
- Providing inspirational and strong strategic leadership to teaching and support teams to ensure that secondary academies continue to deliver the highest standards of learning.
