We're seeking a proactive and creative Content and Growth Assistant to join our dynamic global team in our London office. This role marries both content creation and growth strategy, making it ideal for individuals with a passion for editorial work and a drive to make data-driven decisions. As part of the role's requirements you will be expected to work Tuesday - Saturday with flexible shifts on a Saturday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and curate engaging content, including articles and galleries, in support of our growth objectives
- Upload, manage, and optimise content across a variety of digital platforms, such as MSN, Apple News, and the like, ensuring punctual delivery and strict adherence to the specific guidelines of each platform
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including our editorial, commercial, and product departments, to ensure strategic alignment and optimise the impact of our platform partnerships and licensing initiatives
- Undertake market research to identify potential partnership opportunities and support the team in establishing and maintaining robust partner relationships
- Assume additional responsibilities as needed, which may include some data analysis to monitor our content's performance and inform our content strategy
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Top-notch written and verbal communication skills, accompanied by a sharp eye for detail
- A self-starter attitude, capable of working independently and taking the initiative
- Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and content management systems
